I, as most Berkeley County residents, believe there are better ways to control the influx of crime in our community. I'm not going to bore you with promises or speak of those who have served us so well for many years. This campaign will not be run in a negative manner. What I am going to do is ask you to work with me during the next few months and e-mail your suggestions on what you think we can do for Berkeley County. My staff or I will reply to every email and post every question or comment on this website (with your permission) and inform you if I agree or disagree with your thoughts and attempt to find a positive medium we can work and live with together.
